Due to the unique nature and fragile construction of this product, please review all specifications carefully before purchasing.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 8 calendar days of delivery. Non-defective products are not eligible for return or exchange.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed under normal use, RETRO THINC may provide a replacement unit, replacement parts, or an appropriate refund at its discretion.

Claims will not be accepted if:

• More than 8 days have passed since delivery
• The product has been altered, misused, or damaged after delivery
• Accessories or included components are missing

Variations in color, brightness, texture, wax flow, and movement due to environmental conditions are normal product characteristics and are not considered defects.

Voltage Notice: Designed for 120V / 60Hz power systems (U.S. standard) or regions with equivalent electrical specifications. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
